Hi, I'm Joel! I'm all about keeping things simple and plain, so here's the things I can help you with:
- I can help you in setting up or fixing your computer(s). I've worked super extenstively with technology for years now, so, I tend to be pretty good at it, including:
- Advice or guidance on choosing, building and using your own PC or laptop.
- Help choosing and then setting up and installing new laptops and PCs.
- Assistance in speeding up or "unbloating" your system.
- Figure out the best way for you to backup your personal data, including photos and documents.
- Recovering your lost files, including flash drives and SD cards
- Help go through your "online presence" (AKA the different websites you visit) and perhaps cancel unwanted subscriptions or other services.
- I can help you get a better "internet connection" in the following ways:
- Consulting and advice on what changes you might make to get things running smoother.
- Installation of new hardware- anything from a simple, basic router to a professional, enterprise scalable home network- while both being budget friendly and choosing quality equipment.
- Help with most any Wi-Fi related issues
- Above all, I am one of the biggest advocates in the world when it comes to empowerment through knowledge! I am happy to provide anything from a few basic pointers to a full-blow lecture about how to run a whole new operating system.
